Brighton v Swansea Ticket Competition Terms and Conditions!

Competition T’s and C’s:

1. If you are under 16 you need permission from your parent/guardian before you can enter this competition.

2. We must have your competition entry by 9:30am on 21/2/2018.

3. You can enter if you live in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Island, or the Channel Islands, unless someone in your house works for Immediate Media Company Limited or EA Sports.

4. By entering this competition, you promise to us that you have read these rules and that you will follow them. We can’t include entries that arrive too late and we can’t accept responsibility if your entry is lost.

5. We will choose the winner at random from all of the correct entries we receive.

6. One entry per household. We don’t allow bulk entries or entries made by other people on your behalf. We will disqualify all entries which break this rule.

7. If you win you will receive 2 tickets in home allocation to the Brighton v Swansea fixture on Saturday 24 February. The winner will be responsible for their own travel and food. We won’t swap the prize for cash. If there is a reason why we can’t give you exactly the same prize we’ll give you something just as good or better instead.

8. Winners will be contacted within 1 days of the competition closing date, either by telephone or email.

9. If we contact you to tell you you’re a winner, but you don’t reply within 1 day, we may have to offer the prize to a runner-up or give it away in a future competition.

10. Your details: We will use your name, address and any other details that you give us to run this competition. You must include all requested details including postal address when entering this competition. If you win, we will pass them on to the person who is providing the prize so that they can post it to you, and we may use your first name and county in the magazine or on our website but we won’t provide the to anyone else without your permission. 11. You can find out the winner’s first name and county once the competition is over by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Competition Rules, ATTN: Marketing Assistant, Match of the Day magazine, Fourth floor, Vineyard House, 44 Brook Green, London, W6 7BT. Premier League T’s and C’s:

Where a promotion is operated with Premier League tickets as a prize, the following terms must be included in the terms and conditions governing the promotion:

1. Each winner and his/her guest as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time and all applicable regulations relating to access to the stadium (the “Stadium”), including but not limited to the ground regulations (together the “Terms and Conditions of Entry”). The Terms and Conditions of Entry are available from the issuing club (the “Club”).

2. Other than as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Entry, you may not transfer or sell Tickets to anybody. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006.

3. The Tickets shall remain at all times the property of the issuing Club.

4. If the Tickets are obtained or used in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Entry, they will be automatically void and the Club will have the right to refuse entry to the bearer or, if already in the Stadium, to eject the bearer, in either case without refund.

5. Except mobile phones used for personal and private use only, you may not bring into (or use within) the Stadium any equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or any aspect of it.

6. The Promoter will pass the winner’s name and address to the Club/ Premier League so that they can post the Tickets.

7. If you are the subject of a current Banning Order under the Football Spectators Act 1989 (as amended) you will be refused entry to this promotion and to all Stadiums.
