It was a massive weekend of footy! Here are the main points from a busy couple of days...

1 WOLVES RELEGATED

Man. City’s 2-0 win at Wolves at the weekend confirmed Wolves’ relegation to the Championship. The club haven’t won a game since they won 2-1 at QPR on 4 February and we’re sorry to see this massive club leave the Premier League. But… they’ll be back!

2 TITLE RACE IS ON!

If City beat United in the Manchester derby next Monday, they’ll go top of the table with just two games to go! Alex Ferguson says it’s the biggest Manchester derby of his career. This week’s Match of the Day (out on Tuesday) goes inside the camps ahead of the mammoth clash – check it out!

3 NEWCASTLE ARE HEADING FOR THE CHAMPO LEAGUE!

Newcastle are three points ahead of fifth-placed Tottenham and now have Champions League qualification in their own hands! They have some tough remaining fixtures, but they have momentum and look like they can beat anyone at the moment!

4 READING ARE CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE WINNERS!

Reading had already guaranteed their promotion to the Premier League before the weekend, but now they know that they’re going up as champions!

5 CHARLTON ARE LEAGUE ONE TITLE WINNERS!

Goals from Yann Kermorgant and Dale Stephens saw Charlton beat Wycombe 2-1 at the weekend and secure top spot! Congratulations to boss Chris Powell, who’s one of the nicest men in football!

SALAH! PFA Player of the Year and one goal away from the Prem season record!

KANE! Stop trying to nick Mo's goals, Harry!
