Carlos Tevez, Florent Malouda and Gareth Bale have all had a great 2010, but Samir Nasri has gone from an ordinary midfielder to a twinkle-toed superstar. His wicked solo goal against Porto in March has been nominated by FIFA as one of the top ten goals of 2010!

TOTTENHAM 3-1 INTER MILAN

Rafael van der Vaart, Peter Crouch and Roman Pavlyuchenko might’ve scored the goals, but Gareth Bale made the Champions League holders look like Tweenies on ice! This was the game that made the whole of Europe start taking Tottenham seriously.

The Tottenham and England striker is a legend. I phoned him up a couple of months ago for an interview and he was on top form – telling me what he’d do if he was a pigeon, his fear of spiders and what his name would be if he was a wrestler! Joker!
